Vesperi

The Latin word "vesperi" can be understood as the genitive or ablative form of "vesper," which means "evening" or "the evening star"

Vesperi is also the name of my story! Vesperi takes place in a surrealist fantasy setting inspired by South Asia and middle eastern culture. In this world, the sun and moon are gods that rule over earth. After a bioluminescent baby (Squeeps) is born in a sun shrine in Solstet, a folktale passed around the region about the Sun god going missing and two humans restoring its light becomes a prophecy. The main characters are Piddles and Squeeps and they get up to mischief and adventure etc..(I will add some more info later but That’s the main stuff!!) the story is thematically centered around exploring the many different concepts of love and hate, along with religious and upbringings impact on the two.
